This is a part time, AM or PM shift position with scheduled hours from 5am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm, with varying days off. Applicants must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Safely transport guests, provide information and luggage assistance, anticipate guest needs, and deliver exceptional service in a friendly, courteous manner. Knowledge of hotel property, amenities, local area, and hours of operation is essential. Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed. Follow guest service recovery protocols.
• Vehicles: Complete safety checks, logs, and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Cost Control: Use hotel vehicles and equipment responsibly, perform basic maintenance, and plan trips to avoid unnecessary expenses.
• Safety/Risk Management: Operate vehicles safely, adhere to traffic laws, perform safety checks, and follow emergency procedures.
• Self Management: Organize work duties efficiently, attend meetings, and adhere to company policies.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old with appropriate license class.
• Hotel or guest service experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $15/hour
