Windsor Hospitality is seeking a Bell Person / Driver for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide local information to ensure a warm and seamless arrival and departure experience.

This full-time role requires a professional appearance, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and safe operation of hotel vehicles. Weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow specific oral and written instructions reliably and carry out guest service tasks consistently.
• Strong interpersonal skills; connect with guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Professional appearance and manner while representing the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all guests arriving at the hotel with a warm, professional welcome.
• Escort guests to rooms; assist with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Inspect guest rooms for order and supplies after escorting guests.
• Explain room features and hotel services to guests.
• Offer information about local attractions and hotel facilities.
• Proactively assist guests and answer questions throughout the property.
• Page guests in lobby, dining areas, or other areas as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, and assist with errands for guests.

Our hotel is perfectly situated next to the Las Vegas Convention Center and just three miles from Harry Reid International Airport. As our Bell Person / Driver, you set the tone for the entire stay. You’ll carry the bags, escort guests to their rooms, share your knowledge of the hotel and local area, and make every guest feel genuinely welcomed. When guests need a ride, you’ll get them there safely. When they need help, you’ll be there before they even have to ask. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Meet and greet all guests arriving at the hotel in all forms of transportation with a warm, professional welcome.
• Escort incoming guests to their rooms; assist with luggage throughout arrival and departure.
• Inspect guest rooms upon escort to ensure they are in order and supplies are adequate.
• Explain room features to guests including operation of the television, telephone, climate controls, and in-room entertainment systems.
• Offer knowledgeable information about hotel services, facilities, local points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Proactively take initiative to offer assistance or answer guest questions throughout the hotel and property.
• Page guests in the lobby, dining rooms, or other areas of the property as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, suitcases, and other items; run errands on behalf of guests.

SKILLS & ABILITIES YOU BRING

• Ability to follow specific oral and written instructions reliably and carry out guest service tasks consistently.
• Strong interpersonal skills; genuine ability to connect with and assist guests of all backgrounds with warmth and professionalism.
• Professional appearance and manner maintained at all times while representing the hotel.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive motions including lifting, bending, stooping, walking, pushing, and pulling; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to operate hotel vehicles safely and responsibly in compliance with all applicable traffic laws.
• Knowledge of local area attractions, dining, transportation, and services to serve as a helpful resource for guests.

SCHEDULE & HOURS

This position is full -time, with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, may be required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
