Overview

We’re seeking an energetic, outgoing Bellperson to join the Hotel Adeline team! If you’re passionate about customer service and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience, we want to hear from you. As a Bellperson, you’ll be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive and the last they interact with as they depart. We’re looking for someone who is warm, welcoming, and motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impression and create positive moments for our guests.

• Maintain presence on the front drive assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment and valet parking guest cars.
• Explain services and amenities of hotel including but not limited to location, hours of operation and location of banquet functions.
• Escort guests to guestroom providing property tour and delivering luggage and other items to guest room promptly and professionally.
• Answer questions about local areas of interest and assists arriving and departing guests with all transportation needs to corporations, local area attractions, airport, etc.
• Provide guests with personalized service in order to consistently create the best arrival and departure experience.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of parking lots, public restrooms, ash urns and public areas as needed.
• Deliver packages received at the hotel to the appropriate departments and logs incoming and outgoing packages.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a Bell Attendant role, preferred.
• Hotel experience is preferred with prior guest service a plus.
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Ability to stand during shifts the majority of the time.
