The Brazilian Court Hotel is seeking a courteous Parking Attendant to assist guests with parking, luggage handling, and front-desk support. You will drive and park guest cars, provide directions, and ensure guest satisfaction during check-in and check-out.

Candidates should be able to lift heavy items, stay on their feet for long periods, and adapt to a 24-hour schedule. A friendly, professional appearance is required.

• Completes daily duties to ensure front door operations run smoothly.
• Assists guests with requests in a courteous manner.
• Handles guest complaints positively and escalate when needed.
• Knows when to report complaints to the manager on duty.
• Makes decisions benefiting the hotel and guests.

• Understands how the hotel and all departments operate.
• Works well with a variety of people.
• Is friendly and courteous to guests and peers.
• Maintains a flexible schedule for a 24-hour operation.
• Is punctual, well groomed, and in full uniform.
• Provides guests with directions and information on local attractions.
• Anticipates guests' needs.
• Follows hotel procedures for reservations, check-ins, check-outs.
• Provides accurate information about hotel facilities.
• Keeps lobby and workstation clean and organized.
• Knows which department to contact in different situations.
• Opens car doors and lobby doors for guests.
• Handles luggage on arrival and departure.
• Safely drives and parks guest cars.
• Arranges taxis when Concierge is not on duty.

Perform daily task carefully and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction. Primarily parking and retrieving guest’s cars. Also, assisting guests with luggage at check in and check out.
