Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Bell Person to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them with a memorable arrival experience.

You will interact with guests and hotel colleagues, maintain a polished appearance, and uphold our service standards to create WOW moments during every stay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Smile and greet guests and staff in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude, outgoing demeanor and professional appearance.
• Provide high level of guest service aligned with brand standards to create WOW moments.
• Collect, transport, deliver and store luggage and guest items.

• Orient guests to their room and property.
• Complete documentation, tickets and bell-related forms.
• Make and receive calls for information, services and deliveries.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

THE JOB:

As a Bell Person, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:

$17.2268/ Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Smile and greet, warmly interact with, and assist guests and hotel staff in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive attitude and outgoing personality, demeanor and professional appearance
• Provide a high level of guest service to all guests and co‐workers which are aligned and guided by the Company's and Property's core service standards and brand attributes in order to provide defining moments at every opportunity
• Collect, transport, deliver, and store luggage and guest items
• Assist with group deliveries, group baggage, and various amenities
• Orient guests to guest room and property
• Complete applicable documentation, tickets, and other bell related forms
• Make and receive phone calls requesting information, services and deliveries
• Perform other job‐related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age required
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience (Guest service experience) preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
