Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Bell Associate in Las Vegas to assist guests with luggage, support check-in and stay experiences, and route requests to the appropriate department. The role focuses on delivering seamless guest service in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, $15 per hour plus tips, with swing and second shifts. Benefits are provided to eligible associates and opportunities for career growth exist within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide luggage assistance, including check in, check out, and room moves.
• Deliver messages, luggage, packages, and more or run errands to exceed guest expectations.
• Answer questions about amenities and services, policies, attractions, dining, entertainment, directions, etc.
• Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests.
• Maintain luggage carts to ensure they are in working order and track bell cart inventory.

With a positive, can-do attitude, you’ll make each arrival, check in and stay as pleasant and seamless as possible. In addition to assisting guests with their luggage, you’ll personally handle requests or refer them to the appropriate department manager – whatever is needed to exceed guests’ expectations.
