Bell Person

We are currently accepting applications for a qualified Bell Person. The Bell Desk Team is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, welcoming them to the property, assisting with luggage delivery/retrieval, transportation runs, and assisting Valet when business demands require. The Bell Team is a versatile department, fast‑paced, guest‑oriented, with a portion of the shift being indoor and outdoor in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Open doors for guests when they are walking into the building.
• Work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Assist guests with checking their luggage in and out.
• Assist with taxis and directions when requested.
• Maintain a clean and safe Hotel Lobby area.
• Use all Atlantis Service Standards properly, ensuring all bell tags are correctly completed.
• Assist the Valet department as business demands fluctuate.
• Perform incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
• Control check‑ins/outs, ensuring service is timely for guests.
• Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear as part of daily duties.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Meet vision requirements: close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Must be able to drive all class "C" vehicles and be comfortable with different vehicle types, including large vehicles.
• Must have a DMV printout with a 3‑year clean record (re‑checked regularly).
• MUST adhere to all grooming standards, no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
