We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Bell Person. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Bell Person assists with the unloading of guest’s luggage and provides a source of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area as they assist the guest to their room.

Your Role:
  1. Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  3. Welcome each guest to our hotel and interact with them positively
  4. If guests arrive by motor vehicle, open their door as you welcome them to the resort/hotel
  5. Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
  6. Escort guests and their luggage to their room, explaining amenities and fun facts about the hotel
  7. Work with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and open doors for all guests
  8. Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
  9. “Be the difference” with all guests and employees, doing more than just “the norm”
