Job description

Bell Host / Driver - Six Senses Crans Montana

As a Bell Host / Driver, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following areas:

• Deliver and pick-up guest luggage and requested items according to standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
• Deliver newspapers and messages to guests’ rooms promptly.
• Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
• Load and unload vehicles upon guest arrival and departure, assisting guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas including the lobby and report any defects.
• Assist the in-charge in maintaining a proper working relationship and efficient coordination between the Concierge Desk and the Resort’s transportation service provider to provide fast and efficient service for guests.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, aiming to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Bell Host / Driver, the following qualifications, technical skills, and experience are required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English and French.
• European or Swiss passport holder.
