Groundskeeper PT - Bell Estates located in Dundee, MI

Position Summary:

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain machinery such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and electric tools.
  2. Maintain property grounds safely and cleanly throughout the year.
  3. Conduct apartment turns as needed.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
  5. Participate in MRD Apartments University training programs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Preferred: 1-year related experience and/or training.
  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
  • Combination of education and experience acceptable.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, and be on call.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Willing and able to embody MRD Apartments Core Values daily.
