Job summary

Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa in Lahaina, HI, invites applications for a full-time Bell Captain in Guest Services. The role leads a team, coordinates with Front Office and Valet, and ensures luggage and guest needs are handled efficiently while promoting Hyatt’s service standards.

The position is hourly with a $18.00 pay basis. The ideal candidate brings strong guest service skills, ability to coach others, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

• Experience in hotel bell or guest services; leadership preferred.

• Flexible scheduling including weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead other associates by coaching, directing and may include training.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and luggage is transported efficiently.
• Ensure guests are familiar with room offerings and features.
• Provide hotel recommendations and local information.
• Maintain Hyatt service standards in all guest interactions.
