In this dynamic role, you'll be in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet teams to seamlessly escort guests and transport their luggage and personal items to and from their rooms. Your mission is to make sure our guests are comfortable with their accommodations and familiar with all the fantastic room features and offerings.

This highly visible position is perfect for those who enjoy casual conversations and love sharing hotel or local recommendations. If you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for making people smile, we’d love to hear from you!

Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required for this role.
