As a Hyatt Bell Attendant, your responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining communication with the Front Office and Valet teams to ensure proper guest escorting.
2. Transporting guests' luggage and personal items efficiently.
3. Ensuring guests are comfortable with their accommodations and familiar with room features.
4. Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions and concerns promptly.
5. Making reservations for restaurants, taxis, etc.
6. Being knowledgeable about St. Louis to recommend local events, dining, attractions, and more.

The current salary for this position is $12.30/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights
• Teamwork skills to achieve common goals
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Prior hospitality or bell experience is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of the St. Louis area is highly preferred
• A desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to tolerate walking and standing during shifts
