Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a courteous Bell/Valet attendant at our King of Prussia property to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and maintain the valet area. You will operate bell carts, ensure security reporting, and uphold a professional appearance.

The ideal candidate can drive automatic and manual transmissions, lift up to 75 pounds, stand and walk for shifts, and communicate clearly in English while providing top-notch guest service.

Qualifications

• Must maintain clean driving record and valid state driver license.
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission.
• Must be able stand, walk, and run for short bursts during shift.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
• Present a professional and impeccable appearance with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to navigate a bell cart with luggage and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to execute tasks with a high degree of urgency or efficiency.

• Work with Security to report suspicious or dangerous/unclaimed luggage.
• Accurately assign and verify vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval.
• Keep driveway clear of any vehicle that do not require valet assistance, clean areas around booth, and valet area.
• Inspect vehicle and report damages that exist prior to or after parking.
• Other duties as assigned by management
