About the Role

The belif Skincare Education Sales Specialist role is responsible for the overall sales growth in the SF/Bay region and exceeding the belif sales growth (LY) for the SF/Bay region. You will report to the National Field Manager.

Responsibilities

  1. Watch, analyze, and drive sales in Sephora locations throughout their designated territories.
  2. Universally educate Sephora staff on all products and selling techniques through store visits.
  3. Establish strong and lasting relationships within Sephora leadership and associates, in addition to account executives and staff from other competing brands to gauge and investigate sales performances against competitors.
  4. Maintain knowledge of the trends of individual business segments and all the main business drives within each segment in the Sephora world.
  5. Use all connections to expand belif business whether that is through more doors, data or larger client base.
  6. Build client bases in belif doors, especially core belif doors, to raise sales.
  7. Coach store associates to increase sales by making sure they are fulfilling all of their responsibilities.
  8. Teach associates how to maximize productivity by developing selling skills, customer service skills, booking events and product demonstrations.
  9. Prep materials for events and other promotional programs or strategies to maximize sales numbers.
  10. Manage daily, monthly, and seasonal tracking of total retail performance within territory and all reporting.

Qualifications

  1. 2+ years' experience in the retail beauty/cosmetic environment required. You will be hourly-based ($25 an hour) and work a minimum of 24-30 hours per week in store. Weekly 1-1 TB (Monday) with the National Field Manager, 2-3 hours desk work per week, and 4-5x days in store to support sales growth, education, and training for retail partners and in-store events for the sales growth of belif. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are dedicated to retailer visits and sales support.
  2. Must be willing to travel throughout the SF/Bay Region to visit retail stores.
  3. Must have reliable transportation.
  4. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
