Job summary

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) invites applications for an Investment Associate in Project & Corporate Finance (PCF). Based in Washington, DC, you will support NSBF investments, conduct due diligence, and help structure financing for infrastructure clients globally.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to model financials, prepare presentations, and coordinate with private sector clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of directly relevant work experience in commercial/investment banks or international financial institutions.
Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience with debt, private equity and funds, and/or capital market instruments.
Strong financial, analytical, and modeling skills including interlinked operating and financial models and DCF.
Proven ability to work with private-sector clients in formal and informal settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on projects and clients.
Support due diligence and approval processes with attention to economic, financial, technical, legal, and ESG issues.
Assist in financial modeling and analysis of statements.
Draft presentations, memos, and reports for investments and meetings with stakeholders.
Support execution, monitoring, and transfer to portfolio monitoring while ensuring policy compliance.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve targets.
