Job summary

Jefferson Center for Mental Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Data Management Specialist to collect, organize, and report descriptive statistics for clients, services, and programs. The role focuses on data synthesis, outcomes, and reporting for grants and initiatives.

Work with the Quality Team; administer Qualtrics, deploy surveys, and develop data collection strategies. This hybrid Colorado role allows home-based work with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with two years or more of advanced, related education and experience.
  • Experience working with behavioral health and physical health data.
  • At least intermediate skill level with Microsoft 365 products.
  • Intermediate, Administrator Level, proficiency with Qualtrics survey platform.
  • Able to work independently and maintain a high level of efficiency.
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with experience working under pressure with precision and accuracy.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and administrator in Qualtrics survey platform.
  • Deploy surveys on behalf of programs and teams in collaboration with Information Systems (IS).
  • Develop and implement data collection and reporting strategies for various initiatives.
  • Compile and maintain accurate descriptive statistical information for multiple initiatives.
  • Perform data entry, data pulls, and data cleaning activities.
  • Generate reports visualizing and displaying descriptive level statistics.
  • Provide specific program support and record keeping.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for grant funded projects.
  • Provide program-level support for the Masters Internship program.

The overall responsibility of the Behavioral Health Data Management Specialist is to collect, organize, maintain, visualize, and report accurate descriptive statistical information focusing on clients, services, and programs at Jefferson Center. This position will focus on synthesizing data, outcomes, and reporting for individual initiatives, including grant-funded projects, population-specific assessments, outpatient services, staff satisfaction, and proof of performance outcomes. This is to be accomplished by working with members of the Quality Team and staff across Jefferson Center. This position is a hybrid position, working from home within Colorado with the expectation of attending occasional in-person meetings.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED with two years or more of advanced, related education and experience.

Salary Range: $54,080 - $56,160*

Additional Salary Information*:

  • The salary range above is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.*
  • Jefferson Center pay is determined by various factors including education level, licensure level, years of relative experience, and internal equity amongst current staff.
