As a Behavioural Health Therapist with United We Care, you will conduct therapeutic sessions with clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Using a blend of your clinical expertise and our innovative tools, including the Clinical Co-Pilot, you will deliver personalized care to improve mental health outcomes. This role is ideal for therapists committed to accessible and inclusive mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Therapeutic Client Sessions: Conduct individual therapy sessions to support clients with various mental health needs, offering strategies and interventions grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
- Collaborative Treatment Planning: Work alongside our network of coaches, psychiatrists, and the AI-powered Clinical Co-Pilot to create integrated, client-centered treatment plans.
- Ongoing Client Engagement: Use our Clinical Co-Pilot tool to track client progress, access real-time insights, and receive follow-up recommendations for continuous care.
- Professional Development Opportunities: Participate in community engagement activities like workshops, webinars, and content creation, contributing to United We Care's platform while expanding your professional reach.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Licensed to practice as a therapist in Washington (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Must be licensed to practice in Washington
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy, preferably with a focus on mental health and wellness.
- Client-Centered Approach: Strong commitment to inclusivity, empathy, and adaptability in providing mental health care to diverse clients.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: Comfortable with AI-driven tools and digital platforms that enhance the therapeutic process.
- Professional Ethics: Adheres to strict confidentiality and professional guidelines, prioritizing the well-being and privacy of each client.
