As a Behavioural Health Therapist with United We Care, you will conduct therapeutic sessions with clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Therapeutic Client Sessions: Conduct individual therapy sessions to support clients with various mental health needs, offering strategies and interventions grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
• Collaborative Treatment Planning: Work alongside our network of coaches, psychiatrists, and the AI-powered Clinical Co-Pilot to create integrated, client-centered treatment plans.
• Ongoing Client Engagement: Use our Clinical Co-Pilot tool to track client progress, access real-time insights, and receive follow-up recommendations for continuous care.
• Professional Development Opportunities: Participate in community engagement activities like workshops, webinars, and content creation, contributing to United We Care's platform while expanding your professional reach.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Licensed to practice as a therapist in Washington (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Must be licensed to practice in Washington
