Mediix is seeking a passionate Behaviour Therapist to join a well-established private practice in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire. You will develop and implement individualised behaviour support strategies for children and families, delivering evidence-based interventions and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in behaviour therapy or early intervention with children and families.
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioural intervention approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and contribute to individualised behaviour support plans.
• Deliver evidence-based behavioural interventions.
• Work with children and young people with developmental and behavioural needs.
• Support families and carers with practical strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions; maintain accurate documentation.
