Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; RBT certification is required before working; paid training is provided to those eager to make a difference.
