Job Summary:

We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team!

Job Duties:

1. Hold an RBT certification
2. Direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA.
3. Collect data and conduct certain types of assessments
4. Understand Applied Behavior Analysis
5. Assist clients and students to work through difficult behaviors
6. Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatments and/or learning
7. Maintain detailed and accurate data collection and graphing of data on goals and treatment plan
8. Adhere to all facility and board standards

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, special education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
4. CPR certified preferred
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate with teams.
6. Highly organized
