Job summary

A NEW LIFE SERVICES is seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver therapy services in North Carolina. Roles welcome full-time, part-time, hybrid, or 100% telehealth, with supervision available for associates.

Applicants must hold a current NC license (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS, LP/LPA) and demonstrate strong assessment skills, empathy, and cultural competence. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license to practice in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical assessments and treatment planning.

• Ability to work independently and maintain clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

Required Licenses (Any of the following)

• LMFT / LMFTA (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist / Associate)
• LCAS / LCAS-A (Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist / Associate)
• Licensed Psychologists (LP / LPA)

What We Are Looking For

• Experience conducting clinical assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence.
• Ability to work independently and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
