Overview

Hiring PRN Behavioral Therapists with a flexible schedule to suit your needs!

We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Therapist are to provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload. This position will assist with the development of treatment plans, conduct individual and family assessments, and consult with attending psychiatrists or medical directors concerning treatment plans and plans of care. The therapist will document interventions, provide referrals to outside resources, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team. The essential functions of this position include tasks, duties, and responsibilities that are critical to achieving the job’s purpose and objectives. The Therapist reports to and is accountable to the Director of Social Services.

Qualifications
  • Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred. LPC and LGSW candidates will also be considered. Current BLS certification required. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services preferred.
  • Required Licenses/Certifications: State-licensed in the state where the facility is located.
