Breaking Barriers Institute in Hemet, CA is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans.

You will conduct therapy sessions for at least 2 hours per day, follow training protocols, and use evidence-based treatment methods while maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.
• BLS and CPR certification not required but a plus.
