Lasting Behavioral Solutions (LBS) in Carlsbad, CA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. You’ll work under a BCBA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism, helping them build communication, social, and adaptive skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or currently enrolled in college courses.
• Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).

Lasting Behavioral Solutions (LBS) is looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team! As a BT at LBS, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. You’ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills — all while making a real impact in a supportive and nurturing environment.

This position requires an active BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
