Job summary

Confidant Health, LLC is expanding its remote clinical team and hiring licensed therapists across Virginia, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Florida, and Texas. We handle the operational side of care so you can focus on your patients while you set your own schedule and caseload, part-time.

You will focus on evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy, and couples therapy, with support from care navigators and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC license in VA, CT, NH, FL, or TX.
• Multi-state licensure a plus.
• Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Set your own schedule and caseload, part-time.
• Focus on strengths across therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused, couples therapy).
• Independent work supported by care navigators, clinical leadership, and fellow clinicians.

The role

Requirements
