We are seeking Behavior Therapists to join our team at Alma Behavioral Solutions Inc, providing ABA therapy services for children in home, school, and community-based settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and track client progress. Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, background clearance, and preferably experience or coursework in ABA.

Responsibilities • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings • Implement behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA • Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress • Participate in team meetings and trainings • Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and other team members • Follow safety protocols and ethical standards in all sessions • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistency in session delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
