Job description
Seeking candidates for a full time position. We are looking for someone interested in working with children with developmental disabilities in the area of applied behavioral analysis. The candidates for this position must be enthusiastic, passionate and creative. Experience is a plus but not required as we will train you.
Responsibilities
- Following individualized Treatment Plans & Behavioral Reduction Plans
- Collecting and reporting data
- Completing educational courses provided by Spears Learning Center
- Implements individualized instructional programs (such as discrete trial training, verbal behavior, academics, self-care skills, social and language skill development, play skills, behavior plan) developed by the behavior specialist, within the clinic.
- Prepares all materials necessary for implementing individualized program as stated above
Must be a team player and demonstrate these qualities.
Qualifications / Education
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience: Experience is a plus but not required
