Mass Pediatric ABA, LLC is seeking part-time Behavioral Therapists to provide in-home behavioral services to children with autism in the Greater Uxbridge area. You will implement individualized ABA programs in collaboration with BCBA supervision and document progress daily using digital tools.

Qualifications

  • High school or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents.

  • CORI and background check required.

  • Competent computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Available to work 15–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home.

Mass Pediatric ABA is looking for a Part Time Behavioral Therapist to join our growing team in the Greater Uxbridge area.

Our Behavior Therapist will:
  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home
  • Run individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis
  • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Write daily session notes and collect data using programs such as, Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics).
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
  • Continue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops
  • Protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
Our Behavior Therapist's have:
  • A high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year.
  • Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!
  • Pass a CORI and Federal background check
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with other professionals
  • Competent computer skills
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Availability to work 15-30 hours per week
