Mass Pediatric ABA, LLC in Lynn, MA is hiring a Part-Time Behavioral Therapist to provide in-home ABA services for children. The role includes implementing individualized ABA programs under supervision and maintaining accurate data logs.

The position offers an hourly rate of $22-$30, with a $150 sign-on bonus after 3 months of employment. Training toward RBT certification will be provided, and 10–20 hours per week are available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with families and professionals.
• Flexible availability including weekday afternoons/evenings; weekend sessions optional.
• Background check (CORI) and federal background check required.
• Proficient computer skills and reliable transportation.
• Experience with children or adolescents is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home setting.
• Implement individualized ABA programs under supervision of BCBA professionals.
• Record daily session notes and data using Google Docs or Theralytics.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct with clients.

Our Behavior Therapist will:

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home
• Run individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis
• Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans
• Write daily session notes and collect data using programs such as, Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics).
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Continue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops
• Protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise

Our Behavior Therapist's have:

• A high school and/or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year.
• Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!
• Pass a CORI and Federal background check
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work closely with other professionals
• Competent computer skills
• Access to reliable transportation
• Availability to work 10- 20 hours per week
