Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 in-home behavioral therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, monitor progress, and help families implement treatment plans in a supportive, client-centered setting.

Flexibility with part-time evening hours, paid training, and a collaborative team environment are offered; full-time staff may access additional benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in home to implement plans by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with moving and physical activities during sessions (2-15 years).
• Follow BCBA/LBA directions and schedule (Mon-Fri 3pm-7pm, some weekends).

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
• Fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some including weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
• Com $20-$30 per hour
