Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families, with a focus on engaging activities for children aged 2-15.

Fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some weekends; flexible part-time/evening hours; paid training and benefits for eligible employees. Join a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement BCBA-designed plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Adapt to scheduling and pace of sessions (2-15 year olds).
• Assist with other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
• Follow safety and documentation procedures.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
• Fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some including weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities

Comp $20-$30 per hour
