Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, home-based ABA support for children on the autism spectrum. You will work with BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families on strategies in a home setting.

This role offers flexible hours and a chance to make a meaningful impact on families and children. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and creativity to engage clients aged 2–15, with opportunities for growth and compensation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with mobility and safety during sessions (lifting and moving as needed).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Our BT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a home-based setting. Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
• SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday 4pm-7pm, Saturday 10am-1pm or 11am-2pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
• Comp $20-$30 per hour
