Job summary

A behavioral therapy service provider located in Highland is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide direct therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, collect and analyze data on client progress, and communicate effectively within the team. A high school diploma is required, and strong communication skills are essential. Paid training is offered for the right applicant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to collect and analyze data is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients.
• Assist with the development of new BIPs as needed.
• Communicate with the BCBA and other team members regarding client progress and any concerns.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
