We are immediately hiring a Behavior Therapist in Marin County and surrounding areas (clinic is San Rafael, CA but we service the East Bay Area as well!) to provide play-based ABA therapy to our families in the home, community, school, or clinic.

Starting Pay Range: $24.88 - $33.37/hour

What You'll Do

• Implement behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and neurodevelopmental differences in various settings
• Apply positive behavior strategies developed with BCBAs
• Use strategies including antecedent and consequence (reinforcement) techniques based on treatment plans
• Work in home, community, school, or clinic settings with children and families
• Complete documentation and data collection during sessions
• Assist with assessments like preference assessments and data collection

What You Know

• Experience working with children (e.g., Child Development, Teacher, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist)
• A love for play
• High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Availability in early and late afternoons, possibly some Saturdays
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential if not already certified, via Cortica's paid training within 30 days
