If you have experience in mental health treatment or other group care environments and the ability to build rapport with adolescents, this position offers you some great opportunities.

This is a part-time, hourly position working Saturday and Sunday from 1:45pm - 10:15pm. It pays $22 to $25 per hour based on your experience. Additional compensation will be considered for the following:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Mental health-related certifications

Your Qualifications

This position requires a valid California driver’s license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards. In addition, you must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, live scan, physical and TB test to work at the facility.

The Role

You will provide rehabilitative support regarding the care of a co‑occurring population, ensuring that clients and staff have what they need to follow the lead of the Clinical Directorand Program Director. We're well organized and there is always someone to reach out to for support, should you need it. Each shift will include general daily activities (i.e., waking clients, providing hygiene baskets, monitoring from a distance, doing chores, ensuring meds are taken, etc.).
