Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will implement evidence-based positive behavior strategies and document progress under BCBA supervision.

Role offers ongoing professional development, collaboration with a transdisciplinary team, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA and other leadership paths within Cortica.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism a plus)
• Masters, Bachelor's degree, or High School/equivalent
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (30–40 min drive radius)
• Tech‑savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Complete Cortica’s orientation
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments
• Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting
