Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA in New York seeks Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. You will work with children, stay regulated, and communicate effectively during challenging moments.

We offer flexible Part-time or Full-Time schedules with clients available 3:00 PM–8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on weekends. Paid training and certification support help you grow in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for helping children and families is essential.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) and ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
