Compass Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Technician (Days) to support adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings. You will help with daily living skills, safety, and structured support to promote independence.
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm, 40 hours weekly. A High School/GED is required; a valid driver's license is needed and CNA/CMA experience is a plus. Opportunities to grow in behavioral health and related fields.

A Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor) provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in a residential or community setting.
In this role, you'll ensure the safety, well-being, and daily success of the individuals we serve. You'll provide hands-on support with daily living skills, social engagement, behavior management, and more - all while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
