You will document health and behavioral data, assist with medications under supervision, and participate in team meetings. Training completes within three months, after which salary increases apply; 12-hour shifts are offered with shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver�s license required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Complete Advanced Safety Care Training and Behavior Technician Training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• This position provides care to individuals in the crisis program.
• Assists individuals in meeting daily needs and transports to appointments.
• Ensures safety and implements treatment plans.
• Assists in data collection and assessments and teaches skills per support plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation and supports basic health care such as vitals and medications.
• Participates in team meetings and communicates clearly with staff.
