Compass Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Technician for our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) in Missouri. Internal title: Community Living Instructor BHCC.

You will provide care, comfort, and support to individuals in crisis during a safe, structured daytime shift (7a-3p), 40 hours weekly. You will work under the supervision of the Triage Clinician Lead, helping with daily needs, safety, and making people feel valued during challenging times.

As a Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor BHCC) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you’ll ensure individuals receive the care, comfort, and support they need during a behavioral health crisis. Working under the supervision of the Triage Clinician Lead, you’ll play an important role in maintaining safety, assisting with daily needs, and helping people feel supported and valued during a difficult time.
