Job summary

Cortica in Temecula, CA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves 1:1 and group sessions, data documentation, and collaboration with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High Schoolor equivalent,bachelor’s or master’sdegree.
• Willingness to obtain yourBCATcredential within90 daysof yourstartdate(We provide all training!).
• Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
