Job summary

Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic – Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Technician / RBT to work with children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clinic, home, and community settings.

Hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurance.
  • Ability to work with children in active environments.

Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic – Wichita Falls, TX

Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavioral Technician / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

This position provides 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in clinic, home, and community settings.

Schedule
  • Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.
Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday.
  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Flexible scheduling within clinic hours.
  • Schedules are created based on staff availability and client needs.
Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services.

  • $9.00/hour (training period) – Paid training provided.
  • $12.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience and/or certification).
