Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-clinic in Virginia, under supervision of BCBA professionals. You will support children and families, helping them achieve meaningful goals and progress in developmental skills.

We offer flexible schedules (full- or part-time), hands-on training, and opportunities to earn BCBA supervision hours in a mission-driven environment focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home, in-school, and in clinic services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Virginia and are seeking passionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our BTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week

• Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week

• Services provided in person throughout Virginia
