We provide personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families across New York City, Westchester, Albany, Long Island, and beyond.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children with disabilities
• Desire to pursue RBT certification through completion of the 40-hour training course and supervision
• Ability to provide in-home care services
• ABA experience is required

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients under BCBA guidance
• Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as outlined by the BCBA, based on each client's individualized treatment plan
• Collect and document client data, reporting significant findings to the supervising behavior analyst
• Demonstrate adaptability working with clients with varying needs and abilities
• Collaborate effectively with team members, including staff and family members
• Foster professional and respectful relationships with clients' families and caregivers
• Adhere to scheduled hours and maintain professionalism at all times
