Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home, full-time work, helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in their own homes and communities.

You will collaborate with Clinical Partners (BCBAs) to set personalized goals, use positive reinforcement, and maintain clear progress notes for families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Be a Behavior Technician or willing to become one; training provided.
• Live nearby with reliable transportation.

• Demonstrate empathy and collaborative spirit with families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or community to build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Support children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions.
• Apply positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to aid progress.
• Implement personalized therapy goals developed with a BCBA partner.
• Help children improve communication, emotional regulation and social skills; share progress with families.
• Track session notes and bring observations and ideas into care.

What You’ll Be Part Of

As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection.

Your work may include:

• Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions

• Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed

• Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)

• Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills

  Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way

• Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care
