Bright Pathways ABA in McAllen, TX is looking for a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home or community settings, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills.
You’ll use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies, collaborate with a Clinical Partner (BCBA), and track progress. We offer real flexibility, supportive culture, and compensation of $20-30/hr based on experience.
