Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans and strategies
• Provide feedback and support to clients and their families
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment
