We are seeking a Behavioral Technician to join our team! In this role, you will conduct 1:1 individual therapy with our clients and follow individualized treatment plans. If you want to make a difference in your community and the lives of others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Perform 1:1 individualized therapy with clients
2. Follow individualized treatment plans for each client
3. Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatment
4. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
5. Take data daily through the data collection system
6. Adhere to all facility and company standards

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma
2. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field
3. Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Highly organized
