Job summary

Cortica in Charlotte, NC is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 and group ABA services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role supports families, follows BCBA-developed plans, and emphasizes a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach.

We offer a pay range of $20.08–$26.94 per hour, part-time schedules, paid training, mileage and drive time reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth toward BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• High Schoolor equivalent,bachelor’s or master’sdegree.
• Willingness to obtain yourBCATcredential within90 daysof your start date(We provide all training!).
• Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30-40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
